In today’s post we are going to travel around the south Kerry section of the Wild Atlantic Way.

South Kerry is well-known for its beauty and its unspoiled national landscapes, which make it incomparable. Now you may say that I’m biased, being a proud South Kerry man, but feel free to look at our video of South Kerry and I have no doubt you will agree.

In today’s video we are highlighting what you shall see on the South Kerry section of the Wild Atlantic Way.  We start at Kerry Airport, which is located only 45 minutes from South Kerry. Kerry airport gives you, the holiday maker, the opportunity to visit from any corner of the world.

Getting back to our video of the South Kerry part of the Wild Atlantic way, you will see the some fantastic images of each of the following destinations:

Portmagee

Portmagee is a beautiful fishing village and the gateway to Skellig Michael.

Valentia

Valentia Island is one of the most beautiful islands in Ireland and of course the home of the first transatlantic communication between Europe and America.

Waterville

This beautiful coastal village possesses the wonderful lake of Lough Currans and the world renowned Waterville golf links.

Cahirciveen

Cahirciveen is the capital of South Kerry and the gateway to the rest of South Kerry and is situated between mountain of Bee na ti and the Fertha river.

Ballinskelligs

Caherdaniel
